Store Credit Only
All approved returns are issued as store credit only.
We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
Store credit never expires and may be used for future in-store or online purchases.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
