Fragile & Oversized Items
Many of our items are delicate or oversized. We take extra care when packaging fragile décor, but due to the nature of these items:

Oversized or fragile items may require special handling or packaging.

In some cases, shipping costs may be higher due to size or weight.

If additional shipping charges are required, we will contact you prior to fulfillment.
In-Store Pickup

Free in-store pickup is available for customers local to Bellefonte, PA.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Please bring your order confirmation when picking up.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer flat rate shipping on eligible items within the United States.

Free standard shipping on orders over $100 (before tax, after discounts).

Some larger, heavier, or fragile décor items may be excluded from flat rate shipping and available for in-store pickup only. Any exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
